Having worked in the event sector since 1998, we have become familiar with all perspectives: that of the ticket service provider, that of the organiser and - because we also go to concerts and festivals ourselves - that of the guests. This not only gives us a deep understanding of all sides, but also leads to very practical solutions. Personal service from real people is a matter of course for us.

In all of this, we are proud and happy to be one of the independent ticket providers that are not part of a large corporation or otherwise controlled by external capital. This also allows us to make decisions in the interests of our customers and event organisers that are not exclusively geared towards making maximum profits.

Fittingly, we have been committed to strengthening live and club culture for more than ten years. Among other things, we offer the FairTix model in collaboration with Clubkombinat Hamburg and other associations to charge a so-called Clubeuro per ticket. To ensure that this model does not make the ticket price significantly more expensive for guests, we waive a considerable part of our advance booking fee. That's what we mean by fairness in action.
